Return & Replacement Policy

Non‑Returnable Items

Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory‑grade peptides and the strict requirements for product integrity, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened vials
  • Used or reconstituted products
  • Temperature‑exposed items
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items removed from original packaging
  • Customer‑damaged items
  • Products purchased in error or due to change of mind

These restrictions ensure compliance with RUO handling standards and protect product purity.

Eligible Returns (Strictly Limited)

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

A. Wrong Item Shipped

If the incorrect peptide or SKU was delivered, the product may be returned only if unopened and sealed.

B. Damaged in Transit

If a product arrives broken, cracked, leaking, or visibly compromised, BOSS Peptides will issue a replacement after receiving:

  • Video of the damage
  • Order number
  • Packaging condition documentation

C. Manufacturer Defect

If a vial has a sealing issue, labeling error, or structural defect, BOSS Peptides will replace the item after verification.

D. Package Inspection and Video Evidence Requirement

Clause By accepting delivery of any BOSS Peptides shipment, the recipient must record a continuous video of the package from the moment of receipt through the complete unboxing process. The video must clearly show the courier handoff or delivery location, the exterior condition of the package, the shipping label or tracking number, the package seal(s), the opening of the package, and the condition of the product(s) and internal packaging. The video must be of sufficient quality and duration to permit independent verification of the package condition and the time of delivery.

Timing Notification and Submission

  • Notification Period: The recipient must notify BOSS Peptides of any visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy and submit the unedited video evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Submission Method: Video evidence must be submitted to BOSS Peptides website / info@bosspeptide.com or as otherwise directed by BOSS Peptides Customer Service.

Retention and Use of Evidence

  • Retention: The recipient must retain the original packaging and all contents until BOSS Peptides has completed its inspection or otherwise authorized disposal.
  • Use of Evidence: By submitting video evidence, the recipient authorizes BOSS Peptides to use the video for the purpose of investigating the claim, processing returns or replacements, and for quality control and loss prevention. BOSS Peptides will handle submitted videos in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Consequences of Noncompliance

  • Claims Limitation: Failure to record and timely submit the required video evidence will void the recipient’s ability to obtain replacement, refund, or other remedies for damage, shortage, or loss.
  • Preservation of Rights: Compliance with this video requirement does not waive any other rights or obligations under applicable law or the parties’ agreement, and BOSS Peptides reserves the right to request additional documentation as needed.

Practical Guidance for Customers

  • Record a single continuous video from delivery through opening; do not edit or splice the recording.
  • Ensure the tracking label and delivery timestamp are visible at the start of the recording.
  • Show all sides of the package before opening, then show the contents and any damage clearly.
  • Keep the original packaging and any damaged items until instructed otherwise

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • Package Inspection & Video process followed
  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • Return request must be submitted within 48 hours D of delivery
  • Customer must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
  • All returns must follow the provided RMA instructions
  • Unauthorized returns will be rejected

Refund Method

Due to regulatory constraints:

- Replacements are the primary remedy

- Store credit may be issued at BOSS Peptides’ discretion

- Cash refunds are generally not provided

Refunds or replacements are issued only after inspection and approval.
