5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

An order is not binding until accepted by BOSS Peptides.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping & Cold‑Chain Policy.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the package as Delivered.

7. Returns & Replacements

Returns are governed by our Return & Replacement Policy.
Due to RUO classification, most products are non‑returnable.

8. Limitation of Liability
