Shipping Overview
BOSS Peptides ships all RUO materials using validated packaging designed to maintain product integrity. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Cold‑Chain Packaging Standards
Temperature‑sensitive peptides are shipped using:
- Insulated thermal mailers or rigid cold‑chain boxes
- Phase‑change cold packs calibrated for 2–8°C
- Moisture‑barrier secondary containment
- Tamper‑evident seals
Ambient‑stable peptides follow standard contamination‑control packaging.
Temperature Stability Disclaimer
Once a package is delivered to the customer’s address, BOSS Peptides cannot guarantee continued temperature control.
Customers are responsible for:
Products exposed to improper temperatures become ineligible for replacement.
Delivery Timeframes
Typical U.S. delivery windows:
Carrier delays may occur due to weather or regional conditions
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
BOSS Peptides is not liable for:
Re‑shipments caused by customer error may incur additional fees.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
BOSS Peptides will assist with carrier investigations but cannot issue replacements until the investigation concludes.
Cold‑Chain Handling Upon Receipt
Upon delivery, customers must:
- Immediately bring the package indoors
- Inspect for damage
- Store peptides according to recommended conditions
- Avoid freeze–thaw cycles
Failure to follow these steps voids eligibility for replacement.
